  1. How do I place a wholesale order?

To place a wholesale order, you must first register for a wholesale account. Once your account is approved, you can log in and browse our catalog to select the products you'd like to order. Add them to your cart and proceed to checkout, where you'll find the wholesale pricing applied.

  1. What is the minimum order quantity for wholesale purchases?

We have a minimum order quantity requirement of 6 or 12  units per product for wholesale purchases. This ensures that we can provide you with the best pricing and support for larger orders.

  1. Are there any discounts available for wholesale orders?

Yes, we offer discounted  pricing based on order quantities. The more you order, the greater the discount you'll receive. The exact discount tiers can be found on the product pages and will be automatically applied during the checkout process.

  1. Can I customize products for my wholesale order?

Currently, we offer limited customization options for wholesale orders. Please contact our customer support team to discuss your specific customization needs, and we'll do our best to accommodate your request. As always, you can subscribe for the latest updates.

  1. What are the payment options for wholesale orders?

We accept major credit cards, including Visa, Mastercard, and American Express, for wholesale orders. Payment is required at the time of checkout.

  1. Do you offer international shipping for wholesale orders?

We do not currently offer international shipping for wholesale orders. Please subscribe to our mailing list in order to be informed of the latest updates.

  1. What is your return policy for wholesale purchases?

We have a dedicated return policy for wholesale purchases. If you encounter any issues with your order, please reach out to our customer support team within 48 hours of receiving the products. We will assist you in resolving the matter promptly.

Vena Vena Handcrafted cannot accept merchandise purchased through a distributor/retailer/vendor or their returns. Please contact the distributor/retailer/vendor directly. Samples, prototypes, gifts without proof of purchase and gift cards cannot be returned for a refund. All individual custom orders, wholesale custom orders and wholesale orders are final. Additional fees are nonrefundable.

  1. What is the difference between wholesale and the industry trade program?

Our wholesale program is specifically designed for businesses and retailers interested in purchasing our products in larger quantities at discounted pricing. On the other hand, our industry trade program is tailored for professionals within the industry, such as designers and buyers, who may require specialized pricing and additional support services. Please reach out to our customer support team for more information on the industry trade program.
